Meet Sister Fran Kempenich

I became aware of the need to protect and care for the environment around 1970. I had just returned from our mission in Peru, and having experienced the poverty there and coming back to our wasteful society in the United States, I was deeply affected. I started at the time and continue to do all I can to protect and care for our environment.
