Give To The Max

Give to the Max Day is Thursday, November 17, and we’re counting on you!

Last year, on Give to the Max Day, over $41,000 was raised to support the mission and ministries of the Franciscan Sisters. We are grateful beyond words!

We’re participating again this year, using the opportunity to raise funds to support our work and our ministries. You might be surprised what a broad reach the Franciscan Sisters have in providing services to those in need and spreading the Franciscan values.

·         St. Francis Music Center

·         Mexico Mission

·         St. Francis Health and Recreation Center

·         Franciscan Community Volunteers

·         Outreach to immigrant and migrant communities

·         Franciscan Girls Camp

·         Green Fair Folk Festival

·         Garden-to-Cafeteria Project

·         Franciscan Life Office

We’ll be promoting Give to the Max Day through our e-newsletter, website and on Facebook, where we’ll profile our work, our relationships and their impact. With matching funds of $20,000 already committed, we’ve set our 2016 Give to the Max Day goal at $40,000. With your help, we are confident that we can accomplish this goal. As in the past, there’s opportunity to schedule your donation ahead of time. Visit GiveMN.org beginning November 1. Please, remember the Franciscan Sisters on November 17 and Give to the Max!

The Franciscan Sisters of Little Falls, Minnesota, is a community of Catholic women religious who follow the Gospel of Jesus Christ, walking in the footsteps of Saints Francis and Clare of Assisi. We believe that the living of a poor, simple and prayerful community life is a ministry of presence and witness. Our doors are open to the public to celebrate Mass in Sacred Heart Chapel and to benefit from the St. Francis Music Center and St. Francis Health & Recreation Center. We welcome those who wish to join us as sisters, associates, volunteers, transfer sisters, friends and donors.
