Thank you for your interest in becoming a Franciscan Community Volunteer. We are excited that you are considering becoming a volunteer committed to service work, community living, and faith formation.
Give the Personal and Spiritual Reference forms to those people you are choosing to be your references.Tell them a little about Franciscan Community Volunteers (FCV) and your motivation for joining. Encourage them to return the recommendation soon. Have your college forward a copy of your transcripts. Do this soon, as it sometimes takes more time.
I will contact you about a personal interview after I have received all of the above materials. Should you have any questions during the time your application is being processed, please write or call. I would like to hear from you if you need more information or if you desire an update on the status of your application.
Although this application places no real obligation either on you or FCV, it does indicate a serious intention on your part to join the Franciscan Community Volunteers. I look forward to hearing from you.
