She has years of experience in Hispanic ministry, long-range planning for parishes and adult education and formation, focusing on a vital relationship with God. Sister Rose Mae Rausch, OSF
Born in Melrose, Minn., and raised in Big Stone City, S. Dak., Sister Rose Mae has been Community Minister for the Franciscan Sisters and a pastoral minister in parishes in San Felix, Venezuela, and in Sylacauga and Childersburg, Ala. Sister Rose Mae loves to see people use their full potential and is eager to help the Hispanic people develop their gifts for the strengthening of their faith. |

Sister Colette Toenies, OSF
The values learned growing up in a large family in Sauk Centre, Minn., and her years as a Franciscan Sister prepare Sister Colette for ministry in Mexico. A missionary, nurse and midwife, she has extensive training in Hispanic culture and Spanish and a master’s degree in religious education. Her motto: “Everything is possible with God.” |

Sister Janice Wiechman, OSF
A native of St. Rosa, Minn., Sister Janice has ministered to the Hispanic community in Venezuela for six years and in Chicago for 14 years. She is eager to live again among Hispanics and delighted to be a part of this new mission of training women to serve among the Mexican people. |
