Sister Mary Felicia Kroll
Sister Mary Felicia (Gertrude) Kroll, 86, died on May 3, 2008, at St. Francis Convent, Little Falls, Minn.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Francis Convent on Friday, May 9 at 11 a.m. Friends may call at St. Francis Convent on Thursday, May 8, from 4 - 8:30 p.m. and from 8:30 a.m. until the time of the funeral on May 9. A wake service will be held at the Convent at 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 8. Arrangements are by the Emblom-Brenny Funeral Service, Little Falls.
Sister Mary Felicia was born on November 15, 1921, near Royalton, Minn. She was the second of 16 children born to William and Rose (Cekalla) Kroll. She was accepted as a Franciscan Sister of Little Falls, Minnesota, on August 12, 1938. She made first profession of vows on August 12, 1940, and final vows on August 12, 1945. She was a Franciscan Sister for 69 years.
Sister Felicia ministered in the domestic field throughout her religious life. She served in St. Cloud, St. Nicholas, Foley, Fergus Falls, Little Falls, Perham and Milwaukee, Wis.
Sister Felicia was preceded in death by siblings: Caroline Kasprzyk, Clara Kasprzyk, Frances, Peter and Paul. She is survived by siblings: Joseph (Helen), Royalton; Alois, Columbia Heights; George (Bernie), Hackensack; Mary Hienzen, St. Cloud; Cecelia, Simi Valley, Calif.; Marcella (John) Zilkoski, Little Falls; Theresa (Fred) White, Richfield; Irene (Dick) Ernst, Okalahoma City, Okla; Evelyn (Bruce) Lindquist, Crystal, and Fidelis (Maggie), Elk River; brother-in-law Adam Kasprzyk; sister-in-law, Lillian, Coon Rapids, and her Franciscan Community.

Sister Mary David (Veronica) Miranowski, 90, died on February 29, 2008, at St. Francis Convent, Little Falls, Minn.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Francis Convent on Wednesday, March 5, at 11 a.m. Friends may call at St. Francis Convent on Tuesday, March 4, from 4 - 8:30 p.m. and from 8:30 a.m. until the time of the funeral on March 5. A wake service will be held at the Convent at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 4. Arrangements are by the Emblom-Brenny Funeral Service , Little Falls.
Sister Mary David was born on March 24, 1917, near Kent, Minn. She was the third of nine children born to the late Anthony and Magdalen (Schwiep) Miranowski. She was accepted as a Franciscan Sister on August 12, 1938. She made first profession of vows on August 12, 1940, and final vows on August 12, 1943. She was a Franciscan Sister for 69 years.
Sister Mary David ministered as a lab and x-ray technician and a licensed practical nurse. She served in Breckenridge, Perham, Alexandria, Onamia, Moorhead, and Little Falls, Minn.; and Dodgeville, and Cudahy, Wis. In her retirement she was a volunteer at St. Francis Convent.
She was preceded in death by siblings: Mary Beyer, Lawrence, Mark and Anastasia Terfehr. Survivors include siblings: Ann Ehlert and Raymond ( Alice), Kent; Jerome ( Lorraine), Perham; Angeline Nordick, Breckenridge; and brother-in-law, Robert Terfehr, Breckenridge; sister-in-law Geneva Miranowski, Breckenridge and her Franciscan Community. |
